Our Founder

David Twiddle is our Founder, Managing Partner, and Head of Private Office. He is a serial entrepreneur. He currently helps family businesses, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals attract, develop and retain the talent they need to cultivate their legacy.

After a period with Robert Walters Plc, at 26 years old, he co-founded Morgan McKinley, with a focus on recruitment for global investment banking. Under his leadership, the Company became one of the largest independent recruitment firms specialising in the investment banking and asset management sectors, with locations in London, New York, Dublin and Sydney. During the global financial crisis, David disrupted the career transition and outplacement industry with Renovo. Then, with Twiddle & Co, he began to specialise in recruitment services for family-owned or founder-led businesses.

Born into a highly successful family business named Twydale, and with two significant exits as a founder under his belt, David’s experience and professional expertise, in recruitment, executive search and talent management, have gone into shaping TWYD & Co, a holistic talent advisory service for family businesses, entrepreneurs and wealthy individuals.
